Landing

Landing is a short movement film by Saumya Sharma and Bineet Kaur, two artists who grew up in India and now live elsewhere. The film explores what it means to have, and forego, a sense of home.
The film is non-linear, told through movement in place of dialogue. It traces a shared experience: leaving home, searching for belonging, shaping new versions of self along the way.

Home is a place you can keep returning to, or maybe it’s not a place at all.
